Do not take 2 doses at once.

Cautions: IF YOUR SYMPTOMS DO NOT IMPROVE within a few days or if they become worse, check with your doctor. AVOID FOODS CONTAINING TYRAMINE (broad beans, strong cheeses, yeast extracts, beer, wine, pickled herring, chicken livers, smoked meats, and fermented products). Ask your doctor or pharmacist if you have questions about which foods to avoid. THIS MEDICINE MAY CAUSE your urine to turn brown. This is expected and is harmless. BEFORE YOU BEGIN TAKING ANY NEW MEDICINE, either prescription or over-the-counter, check with your doctor or pharmacist. This includes any medicines that contain dextromethorphan. DO NOT TAKE DECONGESTANTS OR DIET MEDICINES that contain phenylpropanolamine or pseudoephedrine.
